Retail Team Leader – NSW

About the role

Creative Activation is seeking an experienced Retail Team Leader to manage and support our merchandisers for the Coles client across New South Wales. This full‑time, onsite position requires a proactive leader who can drive performance, ensure KPI compliance, and foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a field team of merchandisers throughout NSW.
• Act as the first escalation point for store or client issues and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure planograms, point‑of‑sale setups, pricing, and ticketing are executed to standard.
• Deliver tools, training, and regular feedback using remote management platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, address under‑performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous people‑management experience in retail or field marketing.
• Reliable car and a valid driver’s licence.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Tech‑savvy with comfort using multiple systems and platforms.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
