Retail Sales Representative

About the role

Elders is looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join its Moura team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role supports the branch's retail team by providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while using product knowledge and customer service skills to build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by recommending Elders products and services that help businesses grow.
• Serve new business opportunities proactively to meet KPIs and targets.
• Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
• Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products.
• Assist with storage, handling and receiving of stock in line with safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales and strong retail skills.
• Technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products.
• High level of customer service and ability to build relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Valid driver's licence; a heavy rigid truck licence and a forklift licence are preferred, with support available to obtain them.
