Retail Sales Assistant – Sorrento

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic retail sales assistants to join our Ghanda store in Sorrento, Victoria. As part of the #GhandaGang you will help deliver a high‑quality shopping experience and support the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer, ensuring the full Ghanda experience.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system, handle transactions and perform till reconciliation.
• Maintain store presentation according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Receive and process stock deliveries, conduct inventory checks and support stock control.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Alignment with Ghanda’s brand values.
• Flexible availability, including school holidays.
• Reliable transport to the store.

Required skills

• Basic point‑of‑sale operation.
• Customer service skills.
