About the role
Join the AG Warehouse team in Maffra as a Rural Sales Assistant. You will work in a friendly, close‑knit store environment supporting customers across dairy, agriculture and lifestyle product ranges.
Key responsibilities
- Provide genuine customer service, answering pricing and product queries.
- Process point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions accurately.
- Assist with store setup, merchandise displays and visual merchandising.
- Receive inbound goods, unpack orders and manage deliveries.
- Perform general banking tasks and occasional heavy‑lifting duties.
Required profile
- Experience in retail, agriculture or both.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Exposure to stock control is advantageous.
- Proficiency with computer software, including MS Office.
- Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
