About the role

Join the Platypus Shoes team in Kingston as a Sales Assistant. You will work closely with store management to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience for sneaker and streetwear enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Management team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain visual standards and product presentation across the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service, advising customers on footwear and apparel.
• Handle transactions, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
• Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service.

• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Full availability for late‑night trade, weekends, and Monday‑Wednesday day shifts.
