About the role

Join the Skechers team in Hobart as a Sales Assistant, supporting the store’s management to drive sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will work in a fast‑paced retail environment, helping customers find the perfect footwear while upholding the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Management team in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle late‑night trade, weekend shifts, and weekday day shifts as required.
• Collect and act on customer feedback to improve service.

Required profile

• Passion for footwear and sneaker culture.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced team environment.
• Self‑motivated with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Full availability for evenings, weekends and weekday day shifts.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing retail role.
