About the role

Ramsay Pharmacy Bundaberg is seeking motivated Retail Pharmacists to join its two community pharmacies on a part‑time or full‑time basis. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a customer‑focused environment and are passionate about delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert patient counselling and medication advice.
• Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and customer‑centric pharmacy environment.
• Support continuous improvement in operations and service delivery.

Required profile

• Passion for community pharmacy and patient care.
• Ability to lead and support a team in delivering safe, high‑quality services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred but not essential.
