About the role

The Retail Leadership Graduate Program at Reece is an 18-month program designed to prepare participants for a career in retail management, with a start date of February 2027. It covers all aspects of running a retail branch and aims to equip graduates to succeed as Assistant Branch Managers. The program is open to candidates across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on products and services such as plumbing, sustainable clean water, energy efficiency, HVAC, sanitation, bathroom, kitchen, irrigation, pools, civil, design and building products.
• Complete rotations around select specialty business units.
• Develop the skills needed to run a retail branch as if it were your own.

Required profile

• A growth mindset, with a love of learning and continual improvement of skills.
• Industry experience is not expected, though retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to use emotional intelligence to build strong relationships.
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks and keep the customer first.
• Proven ability to identify and solve problems with good judgement.
