Retail Leadership Graduate Program

About the role

The Retail Leadership Graduate Program is an 18‑month paid development pathway designed to fast‑track graduates into retail management within Reece’s extensive network across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations across specialty business units, gaining exposure to product ranges such as plumbing, water sustainability, HVAC, and building supplies.
• Provide advice on products and services to customers, helping them solve problems and create lasting relationships.
• Participate in a structured learning journey that includes an induction, group learning experiences, digital tools, on‑the‑job training, coaching and mentoring.
• Prepare to assume the role of Assistant Branch Manager by the end of the program.

Required profile
