Retail Assistant – Prahran

About the role

Join ALDI’s dynamic retail team as a Store Assistant in Prahran. No prior retail experience is required – we’re looking for enthusiastic people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment where the store is open every day, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the registers.
• Keep shelves stocked so customers can find their favourite products.
• Handle stock responsibly, ensuring items are within date and correctly priced.
• Create eye‑catching displays for ALDI special buys.
• Maintain a tidy, organised, and attractive store environment.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various store areas.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to handle stock and maintain store standards.
