Restaurant/Outlet Manager

About the role

Accor is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant & Outlet Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of Oak Room Restaurant and Bar, including conferencing, events and in‑room dining at Batman’s Hill on Collins.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the restaurant, bar, conference and in‑room dining services.
• Coach and develop the Food & Beverage team to deliver high‑performance service.
• Create memorable guest experiences and resolve service issues confidently.
• Oversee presentation, beverage service and compliance for restaurant and events.
• Manage stock, costs and daily operational requirements while working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a restaurant, bar or Food & Beverage operation.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
• Focus on guest experience and service excellence.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing costs and budgets.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
