About the role

Join Lucas Collective as a Bar Manager to help launch two brand‑new dining concepts in Melbourne’s CBD. You will shape the bar culture from day one, lead a high‑performing team and deliver memorable beverage experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing bar team, fostering a positive culture.
• Manage stock control, inventory and ordering to ensure optimal supply.
• Drive beverage sales, achieve and exceed gross profit targets.
• Ensure compliance with labour management and Work Health & Safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading bar teams in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and organisational skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills

• Extensive cocktail and beverage knowledge.
• Stock control and inventory management expertise.
• Understanding of labour management and WHS compliance.
