About the role

Guzman y Gomez is hiring a Restaurant Manager for its Mackay location. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, coach and train your team and manage the restaurant's profit and loss. The role requires maintaining the highest standards of quality and following all procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Empower the team through coaching and training
• Manage the restaurant's P&L and identify sales and profitability opportunities
• Maintain quality standards and follow all procedures

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and work with the team on strategies
• Previous success in meeting KPIs
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous relevant experience
