Restaurant Manager

About the role

As a Restaurant Manager you will lead one of our restaurants, supporting a dynamic team and growing the THISBOWL brand. You will oversee supervisors and Mixers to deliver delicious food and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and coordinate with Mixers and Supervisors.
• Manage financial performance, including sales, costs, reporting, and expenses.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Deliver superior customer service consistently.
• Coach and develop team members.
