About the role

Entrecôte, a Parisian-style brasserie in Prahran owned by the Caboodle & Co Hospitality Group, is looking for Demi Chefs to join its kitchen team ahead of the festive season. The restaurant serves French food, cocktails, caviar and an award-winning wine list, and is described as a creative hub of 90 people from around the world.

Required profile

• Demi Chef for the cold and hot larder sections
• 2+ years' experience in a similar position; high-end bistro or quality à la carte venue preferred
• Weekend availability
• Passion for French cuisine and culinary craft

• Good communication skills
• Efficient, professional and team-minded
