Restaurant Manager, Drive-Thru Manager & Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

Grill'd is opening a new drive-thru restaurant in Chermside, Queensland, and is looking for a Restaurant Manager, a Drive-Thru Manager and Assistant Restaurant Managers to join the founding management team from day one. The company has 22+ years of experience and 185+ restaurants, and is seeking managers who can build high-performing teams in a people-first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Restaurant Manager: lead 40-60 crew members, oversee all restaurant operations from rostering to compliance, grow the crew through check-ins, development plans and mentoring, keep budgets, P&L and KPIs on track, and champion the community through Local Matters and similar initiatives.
• Drive-Thru Manager: master the flow from grill to window so every shift runs smoothly, coach and develop the team to deliver top-notch drive-thru experiences, and focus on speed, quality and sales targets while keeping the team motivated.
• Assistant Restaurant Managers: support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, champion the product and create exceptional guest experiences in the dine-in area, coach team members, help drive sales and maintain high standards.
