Management roles for new Grill’d Drive‑Thru in Chermside

About the role

Grill’d is opening a brand‑new drive‑thru restaurant in Chermside, Queensland and is building the founding management team from day one. The team will include a Restaurant Manager, a Drive‑Thru Manager and Assistant Restaurant Managers who will shape culture, standards and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Restaurant Manager: lead 40‑60 crew members, oversee all operations, manage budgets, P&L and KPIs, and champion community initiatives.
• Drive‑Thru Manager: control the flow from grill to window, ensure speed, quality and sales targets while coaching the team.
• Assistant Restaurant Manager: support daily dine‑in operations, drive sales, maintain standards and develop team members.

Required profile

• Energetic leaders who can build high‑performing teams in a people‑first culture.
• Candidates must have full working rights in Australia and be able to pass a National Police Check.
