Resourcing Advisor

About the role

Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join its national resourcing team in Adelaide. You will help drive diversity and inclusion while delivering high‑quality recruitment outcomes for construction, engineering and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage talent through networks, referrals and proactive sourcing techniques.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support immediate hiring needs and future project growth.
• Represent the Laing O'Rourke brand in the market and develop lasting candidate relationships.
• Partner with hiring leaders to deliver efficient and effective hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, handling multiple white‑collar vacancies.
• Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure or defence recruitment is highly regarded.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with confidence to engage candidates and hiring managers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK.
