Residential Service Manager

About the role

BlueCare is seeking a Residential Service Manager to lead the Brassal Aged Care Facility. You will work closely with front‑line staff to deliver person‑centred, values‑based care while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Guide nurses, personal carers and support staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance through clinical audits and best‑practice care.
• Drive financial sustainability by promoting community engagement, occupancy, and overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.
• Collaborate with senior clinicians to ensure best clinical outcomes for residents.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating care provision within a large team.
• Ability to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities.
• Leadership, mentorship and support skills for team development.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and hold full, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
