About the role
A real estate agency based in the Bayside area of Victoria is expanding its property management department and is looking for an experienced residential Property Manager. The role involves managing a portfolio of about 160 to 170 properties, with support from management, training, administration and leasing assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 160 to 170 properties
- Provide customer service to landlords and tenants
- Arrange repairs and maintenance for properties
- Prepare condition reports
- Handle arrears management and rent reviews
Required profile
- Experience managing a property portfolio
- Exceptional customer service and ability to build strong client relationships
- Drivers licence and a reliable car
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Preferred but not required: Property Tree and Inspect Real Estate experience
