About the role

Green Finance Group, one of Australia's leading diversified brokerages, is looking for a Residential Finance Broker in Brisbane. The broker manages end-to-end residential lending for new and repeat clients, delivering tailored home and investment finance solutions. Leads are described as warm, with strong operational, credit and marketing support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end residential lending for new and repeat clients
• Deliver tailored client solutions across home and investment lending
• Collaborate with a high-performing team in a supportive, flexible environment
• Leverage existing leads and referral partnerships

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in residential lending (brokerage or banking)
• Excellent working knowledge of self-employed and company trust borrower application requirements
• Proven track record of consistent settlements and client retention
• MFAA/FBAA accreditation

Required skills

• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Detail-oriented, organised and self-motivated
