Resident Services Coordinator – Student Housing

About the role

As a Resident Services Coordinator at Greystar, you will help create an exceptional student living experience at the Accolade on Gray property. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, supporting community events and ensuring a welcoming, vibrant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and guests, delivering a high‑quality customer experience daily.
• Support community events and resident engagement initiatives to foster a lively living atmosphere.
• Assist with leasing enquiries, property tours, and prospective student outreach.
• Provide local knowledge and resources to help residents settle into life in Adelaide.
• Manage resident enquiries, parcel deliveries, guest check‑ins, move‑ins, move‑outs, and conduct room inspections.
• Maintain front‑of‑house and communal spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and presentable.
• Handle email enquiries, community inboxes, CRM updates, and general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• A friendly, customer‑focused attitude with experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• Genuine passion for helping people and an upbeat, can‑do approach.
• Comfortable using standard computer programs and eager to learn new systems.
• Willingness to perform occasional physical tasks following safe manual‑handling practices.
• Ability to complete a Police Check and Working with Children Check if required.
