Reporting Manager – Defence & Infrastructure

About the role

The Reporting Manager will lead performance reporting for a major defence programme in Adelaide, delivering high‑quality, timely insights across a large, complex portfolio of work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and publish monthly dashboards and reports for all sub‑programmes.
• Operate and continuously improve reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide clear, insightful reporting to senior stakeholders to support evidence‑based decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and embed best practices in data visualisation and analysis.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship with ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance or UK citizenship with current UK security clearance.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Project Management or related field.
• Proven experience delivering reporting and insights for large, complex programmes.

Required skills

• Advanced data analysis and visualisation, preferably using Power BI.
• Strong capability in performance measurement frameworks and governance reporting.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
