Repair and Maintenance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Repair and Maintenance Specialist to join our team and ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, machinery and building systems. The role involves routine maintenance, fault diagnosis and timely repairs in line with Australian WHS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose faults using technical manuals and drawings, and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and building systems, recording service activities and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and communicate findings to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Certificate III or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade such as Mechanical, Electrical or Maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience in repair and maintenance roles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence (preferred).
