About the role
Remote Talent is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter (SDR) to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, helping to schedule qualified meetings that drive our sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email or chat to introduce our services.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Engage leads, provide excellent customer service, and qualify prospects.
- Support the sales team by delivering high‑quality, pre‑qualified appointments.
Required profile
- Proven ability to set appointments and manage scheduling processes.
- Experience in lead generation and record‑keeping.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
