Customer Service Representative (Casual)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for shoppers on a leading fashion e‑commerce platform. You will handle enquiries via phone, email and messaging, providing product information, order support and issue resolution to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, complaints and concerns across multiple channels.
• Provide accurate product details and assist with order‑related questions.
• Resolve issues, follow up on open cases and confirm customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the company’s products, services and support processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to team initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with empathy and a passion for service excellence.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet service KPIs.
• Flexibility to work a roster that may include weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk (or similar customer support platforms) is an advantage.
