Remanufacturing Manager West

About the role

Lead the Western Region remanufacturing team for a major industrial services provider, driving revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction while developing high‑performing technical specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Western Region remanufacturing team, ensuring alignment with national standards and processes.
• Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and strong customer relationships.
• Manage budgets, profitability, inventory and work‑in‑progress performance.
• Mentor technical specialists to achieve business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Eastern Region teams to ensure national consistency and best practice.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in industrial, service, mining, power generation, heavy vehicle or related environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
• Experience building customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
