Reliability Engineer – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Reliability Engineer will play a key role in improving the performance, efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with maintenance and operational teams, using data analysis and continuous‑improvement principles to reduce downtime and enhance overall plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse plant failures and maintenance data to identify trends, recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve equipment reliability and eliminate recurring failures.
• Lead and facilitate structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using CCEP’s standard tools and methodologies.
• Coach and support maintenance teams on best‑practice maintenance planning, scheduling and work‑management processes.
• Develop, maintain and communicate maintenance performance reports aligned to key operational KPIs.
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and optimise asset performance.
• Contribute to long‑term maintenance and reliability strategies that improve plant efficiency and reduce unplanned downtime.

Required profile

• A trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; tertiary engineering qualification is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or industrial maintenance environment.
• Strong background in reliability engineering, maintenance planning or continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence teams at all levels.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.
