Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, Physio, AEP)

About the role

Konekt, part of the APM Group, is recruiting an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Registered Nurse to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions. The role supports people returning to meaningful employment and works with a multidisciplinary team serving a wide range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
• Perform assessments in your area of expertise, including ergonomic assessments, initial needs assessments and scheme-based assessments
• Support clients in identifying future employment or training options
• Manage cases, planning, coordinating and monitoring client progress toward return-to-work goals
• Engage with key stakeholders and build partnerships

Required profile

• Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA; registered nurses must hold Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia accreditation
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
• Current Working with Children Check
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check on successful application
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with compassion and a focus on client care
