Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist)

About the role

Konekt, part of APM Group, is hiring a Rehabilitation Consultant in Murray Bridge to support people recovering from injury or illness. You will walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work and reconnect with what matters most, managing cases end to end and coordinating with workplaces, employers, healthcare providers, treating practitioners and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' rehabilitation needs after injury or illness through physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional capacity evaluations, depending on your clinical discipline
• Advise on workplace modification and the return-to-work process
• Help clients set meaningful recovery or employment goals, then co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans
• Monitor progress, adjust plans and support sustainable outcomes
• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the recovery and reintegration journey

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology
• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EPP
• National criminal check and a WWCC before starting employment
• Full Australian working rights
• Driver's licence and willingness to work in workplaces, client homes and remote on-site assessments
• Ability to coordinate across stakeholders and to work autonomously
• Commitment to client-centred care, empathy, strong communication and adaptability
• Contractors with experience in occupational rehabilitation may also be considered
