Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist

About the role

Konekt, part of the APM Group, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a contracting position. The role delivers workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that help people and organisations achieve their full potential. It is based in Albury.

Key responsibilities

• Help people return to meaningful employment using specialist knowledge and skills
• Evaluate the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
• Support clients in identifying future employment or training options
• Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic and daily living assessments
• Manage cases effectively, planning, coordinating and monitoring progress toward return-to-work goals
• Engage with key stakeholders and build strong partnerships

Required profile

• Professional registration with AHPR
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
• Current Working with Children Check
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check after a successful application
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with compassion and a focus on client care
