Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist)

About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions, helping individuals and organisations achieve sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and manage rehabilitation needs of workers with work‑related or non‑work‑related injuries or illnesses.
• Conduct functional capacity, ergonomic and daily‑living assessments and develop case‑management plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage stakeholders to support successful return‑to‑work pathways.

Required profile

• Professional registration with AHPRA and tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
• Compassionate, client‑focused attitude with ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Functional capacity evaluation.
• Ergonomic and worksite assessment.
