Rehabilitation Consultant

About the role

APM WorkCare, part of the APM Group, is looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant in Bendigo to support people recovering from injury or illness. You will walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work and reconnect with what matters most. The role is available full-time or part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients in person or virtually to understand their goals and challenges
• Conduct vocational and psychosocial assessments
• Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life
• Create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners
• Celebrate progress, from small wins to major milestones

Required profile

• Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
• Full registration with ESSA/AHPRAP
• National criminal check passed before starting employment
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Full Australian working rights
• Valid driver's licence
