Rehabilitation Consultant Graduate Program

About the role

Join Acumen Health, part of the APM Group, as a Rehabilitation Consultant in a graduate program focused on workplace health, injury management and safety. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and function for clients across ADF, DVA and personal injury sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct holistic assessments including Activities of Daily Living, ergonomic, worksite and vocational assessments.
• Collaborate with injured employees, medical specialists and other treatment providers.
• Support veterans and current ADF members across ADF and DVA portfolios.
• Travel as required between the Acumen office and client sites.

Required profile

• Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy or Rehabilitation Counselling (Masters) and be eligible for professional registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
• Graduated within the last 12 months or expected to graduate in 2026.
• Australian citizenship for security clearance and a full driver’s licence with own vehicle and insurance.
