About the role

PeopleSense by Altius, a subsidiary of Altius providing psychological services since 1998, is hiring a psychologist in Joondalup. You will deliver clinical and organisational psychology services to a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, adolescents and couples, in both short-term and long-term work.

Key responsibilities

• Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling
• Onsite attendances and critical incident responses at workplaces
• Private and Medicare-rebated counselling
• Compensation scheme work for pain-related issues, injury adjustment and trauma
• Multidisciplinary interventions within a team
• Psychological assessment
• Bespoke projects addressing specific customer and client needs

Required profile

• Registered or provisional psychologist with full AHPRA registration
• Experience in workers' compensation, injury management or rehabilitation, or a strong interest in developing it
• Passion for working with young people, especially aged 12 and under
• Full Australian working rights and ability to obtain a national police check
• Current driver's licence and a fully insured vehicle
