Paediatric Speech Pathologist

About the role

AIM Therapy for Children is looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join its Joondalup clinic. It is a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and admin staff offering individual and group therapy in clinics, homes and schools, with a focus on fun, functional and family-centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Complete initial appointments and get to know new families
• Run fun, creative therapy sessions in the clinic and in the community
• Work closely with schools, families and other stakeholders
• Review therapy journeys and plan next steps as children reach goals or transition

Required profile

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
• Valid Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance
• Current driver's licence
• Ability to communicate confidently with children and families
• Ability to work independently while being a good team player
