Registered Nurse – Orthopaedics and Neurology

About the role

St Vincent's Private Hospital, East Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 12-month fixed-term, part-time position of 22.5 hours per week on a rotating roster including night duty. The role is based on the 2nd floor unit covering orthopaedic and neurology services, and focuses on patient-centred, holistic care within the core values of St Vincent's Health Australia.

Required profile

• A minimum of 1 year of acute clinical experience after registration.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, individualised patient-centred care according to best practice guidelines.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Criminal record and child protection checks are part of the selection criteria, and compliance with the staff health screening immunisation policy is required.
