About the role

Join a supportive team at Belmont Hospital as a Permanent Registered Nurse working primarily on a 13‑bed Medical Ward, with the opportunity to rotate through a 16‑bed Sub‑Acute Rehabilitation Unit. This role offers a stable, full‑time position while allowing flexibility for part‑time or job‑share arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care to a diverse patient population on the Medical Ward.
• Deliver rehabilitation nursing services on the Sub‑Acute Unit, supporting older adults to regain independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies.
• Participate in continuous professional development and mentorship activities.

Required profile

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated experience in acute medical or rehabilitation settings is desirable.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, teamwork and compassionate care.
