About the role
Join a friendly, enthusiastic team at Bushland Beach Medical Centre as a full‑time Registered Nurse. You will provide high‑quality patient care in a general practice setting, supporting both adult and paediatric patients.
Key responsibilities
- Triaging and managing patients, including administering immunisations and other injections.
- Performing ECGs, spirometry, ear syringing and assisting GPs with minor surgeries.
- Conducting wound management, developing care plans and supporting chronic disease patients.
- Ensuring infection control, sterilisation processes and providing patient education.
Required profile
- Current AHPRA registration and CPR certification.
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience in General Practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Adaptable, open to change and innovation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Best Practice clinical software (highly desirable).
- Experience with immunisations, chronic disease management and general practice procedures.
