About the role

Estia Health is recruiting a part-time Registered Nurse for its Ironbark facility in Victoria Heights. As a nurse, you will be a comfort to residents and a leader to the team, contributing to high-quality, person-centred aged care. Key responsibilities

Meet residents' medical needs
Prepare clinical documentation
Lead and support staff development
Act as a health and safety role model
Maintain the highest standard of work

Required profile

Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
Leadership experience in clinical care
Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
