Registered Nurse – ICU

About the role

The North West Regional Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its ICU team. You will deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care to critically unwell patients requiring organ support such as ventilation, continuous renal replacement therapy and haemodynamic support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients on ventilators and CRRT machines.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary health professionals.
• Work rotating shift patterns, up to 76 hours per fortnight.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Experience with Draeger ventilators and Prismaflex CRRT systems.
• Paediatric ICU experience and postgraduate certification are highly desirable.

What we offer

• Salary $80,524 – $109,175 per annum (pro‑rated) plus 12% superannuation.
