Registered Nurse (Coronary Care) - Night Duty

About the role

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking experienced cardiac nurses to join its Cardiac Unit in Melbourne on a permanent night shift. The unit is described as dynamic and supportive, with a collaborative environment focused on patient care, clinical excellence and professional growth.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Coronary Care, or a postgraduate certificate in cardiothoracic or cardiovascular nursing.
• Valid visa to work in Australia.
• Criminal record and child protection checks will be conducted and form part of the selection criteria.
• Compliance with the staff health screening immunisation policy, including mandatory vaccinations such as the flu shot, depending on the role.

• Patient-centred care and strong teamwork within a multidisciplinary team.
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
