About the role
Registered Nurses on the Bega Medical Ward deliver compassionate, hands‑on care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. You will work closely with patients, families and a multidisciplinary team to provide person‑centred nursing.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence‑based, person‑centred nursing care in collaboration with the health‑care team.
- Provide supervision and support to less experienced clinicians to ensure quality care.
Required profile
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position and a commitment to professional competence.
Required skills
- Effective verbal and written communication within a diverse multidisciplinary team.
What we offer
- Salary range $81,748.17 – $114,771.98 per annum (AUD) with up to $10,000 NSW Health Rural Incentive.
