Lions Haven for the Aged, one of Australia's largest private residential aged care providers, is seeking Registered Nurses to join its team on the Gold Coast. The role leads a highly motivated team in delivering quality clinical, personal, social and emotional care and support to residents and their representatives, in line with the organisation's values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in providing quality clinical, personal, social and emotional care and support to residents and their representatives.
• Liaise with clients, families and medical professionals.
• Initiate and take part in innovative projects that build a person-centred environment for residents.

Required profile

• Flexible thinking and courageous action; compassionate and empathetic.
• Able to manage workload within a team while working autonomously, committed to ongoing clinical excellence.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Proof of full COVID vaccination.
• Working rights.
• Police or NDIS check.
