About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to join its aged care teams. The role is described as a comfort to residents and a leader to the team, combining care of residents' medical needs with leadership and documentation. Key responsibilities

Meet residents' medical needs
Prepare clinical documentation
Lead and support staff development
Act as a health and safety role model
Maintain the highest standard of work

Required profile

A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
Leadership experience in clinical care
Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration

Required skills

Solid documentation skills
Knowledge of AN-ACC
