About the role

Estia Health is looking for an Enrolled Nurse to work in its aged care homes. The role centres on providing clinical care and care planning for residents, with a focus on how you make people feel. Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an aged care home
• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Ability to build rapport with residents, their families and visitors
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration

Required skills

• Solid clinical documentation skills
• Computer skills
