About the role
A leading heritage‑focused architectural practice in Brisbane is seeking a Registered Architect to join a high‑profile project that blends luxury residential, retail and heritage conservation. The role involves detailed design, coordination and delivery of a complex, mixed‑use building.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design development, documentation and construction phases for multi‑residential, retail and mixed‑use typologies.
- Coordinate with consultants, internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical and detailing challenges.
Required profile
- Current architectural registration in Australia with at least 8 years of hands‑on experience on complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience across heritage, residential and retail sectors, including design development through construction.
Required skills
- Strong Revit capability (essential).
- Proficiency in architectural detailing, coordination and technical documentation.
