Mid Level Digital Designer

About the role

Curious Minds is seeking a talented Mid Level Digital Designer to join its high‑impact creative team in Brisbane. You will work on nationally significant advocacy campaigns across health, housing, education and more, translating strategic objectives into compelling visual designs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
• Design and produce digital marketing assets such as social media posts, website graphics, videos, animations and web banners.
• Create print collateral including flyers, newspaper ads, billboards and other marketing materials.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and present concepts to senior management and clients.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends and software updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Canva.
• Familiarity with video editing (a plus).
