Registered Architect - Adelaide Studio

About the role

BELL Architecture, a nationally operating architectural practice with offices in Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney, is looking for an experienced Registered Architect to join its Adelaide studio. Based in the studio, you will lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects from concept through to completion, taking ownership of projects while mentoring and supporting colleagues.

Required profile

• Current registration as an Architect in Australia (preferred)
• Minimum 7 years' experience delivering commercial architecture projects in Australia
• Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale projects
• Willingness to travel interstate from time to time

Required skills

• Strong project leadership, documentation and contract administration skills
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience also valued)
• Experience working within BIM-managed project environments
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset
