About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Regional Vice President, Services Sales to lead a high‑performing team of Account Partners in ANZ. The role focuses on driving bookings and revenue growth for Professional Services, engaging C‑level executives, and partnering across sales, product, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed regional growth and bookings targets for a book of business exceeding $50M.
• Lead, grow and motivate senior Account Partners to build lasting customer relationships.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to ANZ market dynamics.
• Engage C‑level customers with consultative selling and outcome‑based deals.
• Collaborate with License Sales and partner ecosystems to drive technology adoption.
• Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach the team on pipeline and opportunity management.

Required profile

• Proven sales management experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or complex professional services technology sales.
• Track record of leading teams handling $50M+ book of business.
• Consistently over‑achieved quota in enterprise software or subscription‑based product sales.
• Strong C‑level relationship building and trusted advisor reputation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
